Dr. Herbert J. Russell is the Pastor of Ridgley Church of God in Christ and the founder of the church. Pastor and Co-Pastor Russell have been pillars in the local community. They firmly believe that the church has a fundamental responsibility of being available to address the spiritual and physical needs of the community. Through God's guidance, many ministries have been established to heal those most suffering in the community.
